access and use our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. An initial advance payment is required to
confirm bookings and is non-refundable. Payments made during the booking process after the initial advance
payment are 100% refundable. All prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellations must be made
at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Code of Conduct
Users are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner towards our companions and staff.
Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services
without refund and possible legal action. Our companions have the right to refuse service at any time
if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount to us. All personal information and interactions are treated with strict
confidentiality. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Users are also
expected to maintain the confidentiality of our companions and services. Photography, video recording,
or sharing of personal details without consent is strictly prohibited.
Health and Safety
All parties must adhere to proper hygiene standards and health protocols. Users must disclose any
health conditions that may affect the safety of our companions. We reserve the right to terminate
services if health or safety concerns arise.
Disclaimer of Liability
Touch of Class Affairs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive
damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to personal injury,
property damage, or emotional distress. Users engage with our services at their own risk.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Touch of Class Affairs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without
prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Continued use of our services
after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
